Prof. Ashwin Mishra
Ashwin is an Assistant Professor at JGLS. He secured his B.A.LL.B from NLU Jodhpur with an honors in international trade and investment law. He holds an LL.M in public policy dispute resolution and international law from Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law. He also served as a certified mediator for disputes before the Los Angeles Superior Courts. Additionally, he has worked as a Senior Associate with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys in their commercial litigation and arbitration teams.

Varda Saxena
Varda Saxena is a third-year student at Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat. She has immense editorial experience and is an editor at both national and international academic platforms. Her interest lies in investor-state disputes arising due to ESG norms and alternate dispute resolution through AI and Blockchain. She loves academic writing and also plays badminton. Her other areas of interest include corporate law. She also works as a general editor at the Cambridge Journal of Law, Politics, and Art; and as a columnist at Oxford Business Review.

Rishika Pandey
Her interest lies in the areas of commercial ADR and International Conflict Management. She has won several accolades in the various national and international mediation advocacy competitions. She is committed to forward the culture of ADR and ODR in the country. She believes in writing pieces that are inspired by the practical realities of the field. She draws inspiration for her work from her internships in organizations like CAMP, India and the Australian Disputes Centre.

Abhay Raj
Abhay Raj is currently a third-year law student at JGLS, and is an upcoming Semester Exchange Student at Queen Mary University of London. Being an avid mooter, he has done Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot, HPNLU Moot, UNSW Private Law Moot and has coached multiple teams, providing him with an insight into Arbitration and connected fields. He further serves as an editor at The Arbitration Workshop, and Arbitration Corporate Law Review.

Harshitha is a third-year B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) student at JGLS. She has participated in the UNSW-Allen & Overy Private Law Moot, and is also an editor at the Global Business Law Review. Her interest lies in exploring the International Commercial Arbitration. She also enjoys researching in ADR sphere.

Aditya Joby is a fourth-year BA. LL.B. (Hons.) student at JGLS. He has previously worked in Securities Law, Insolvency Law and Corporate Law. His interest lies in Mediation and Public International Law. He likes to research contemporary dispute resolution discourse, and is an avid science fiction reader.

Aryan Tulsyan is a second-year student at JGLS, and is interested in Public International Law, International Commercial Arbitration, Investor-State Arbitration, and Blockchain Arbitration. He likes to read and write academically, and participates in moot court and debate competitions.

Yashas T.R is currently a third year law student at the Jindal Global Law School. He currently serves as the Convenor of the ADR Society at JGU and has had substantial experience competing, coaching, and judging at national and international ADR competitions. His areas of research and interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions, Comparative Constitutional law, Post-Colonial Conflict Theory & Public Policy.

Ishita Agrawal is a second-year BA LLB (Hons.) law student at JGLS. Besides possessing an ever-growing curiosity for the field, she is interested in exploring the potentiality of family ADR and other indigenous mechanisms like Lok Adalats in this regard. She also has a penchant for academic writing and research in human rights law. She is a trained Kathak dancer and loves reading in her free time.
